There are many ways to prevent corrosion, including modifying the atmosphere by dehumidification, nitrogen purge, evacuation, etc, and creating a barrier on the metal surface to prevent the permeation of moisture. This barrier can be formed by liquid coating, such as oil, or via a multiple-layer product set that works by: 1. From inside, the primer coat has good waterproofing performance, settles on metal surfaces and inhibits rust development by permeating rust layer because it is oil type; and 2. From outside, acting as a protective barrier against external corrosive atmospheric elements such as abrasion, oxygen, water, dirt, and acid gas pollutants.
